Bag Cement

Cimalux provides 3 varieties of bag cement, in paper bags, which are made up of 2 layers of Kraft-paper. Since September 2004 the cement bag pallets are covered with a plastic foil, on the one hand, to secure the loading units, and on the other hand to keep the paper bags dry. The gross weight of one bag is 25 kg. These ergonomic bags replaced the old 50 kg-bags since the year 2000. Each cement quality filled in bags is poor in soluble chromate, according to the European directive 2003/53 CE. That means that the chromate content is under the critical value, which elicits hypersensitivity in case of direct skin-contact. On request, and in case of justified quantity, all kinds of cements produced in bulk may be filled in bags.
