CEM I 42,5 R is "PM" according to NF P 15-317

From June 2010 the cement quality CEM I 42,5 R of Cimalux has the additional designation "PM" according to the french cement Standard P 15-317. PM stands for "Prise Mer" and certifies that the cement is sea-water resistant.

For being PM, Portland cements must fulfill additional requirements, among others regarding the C3A-Content and also the contents of Al2O3 and SO3.
